The core of the workshop practice is group orientated learning. Each course participant will be able to benefit from the skills of the other participants. Each work group will be lead by an artist or designer who has much experience in the field of weaving, or has an exceptional way of working in their own artistic field. These experts will be invited to one training program each. Their role, on the one side, will be to talk about their own work and biography, the way in which they approach their own work and their motivation. On the other side, the expert will take on the role of moderator and guide to the group. They should help filter the ideas of the individual participants but also help to find a possible collective approach. Each expert will strongly influence the form of teaching and group dynamics making each new course unique.
