Gallery onetwentyeight is pleased to present textile-based work by 27 contemporary artists from Austria, Japan, Italy, and the United States. These artists examine the materiality in familiar and ordinary objects. Those found in nature or used in weaving, industrial materials, and clothing are transformed in function and form.

Exhibiting artists include Yukiko Tsushima, Antonella Rutigliano, Chera Dellerva, Astrid Esslinger, Janet Passehl, Eva LeWitt, Yuma Atsuko,Takeshi Arita, David Higginbotham, Tomoko fujiki, Yuko Kubota, Toki Ozaki, Joel m.
