The Baan Doi Home and Healing Centre for Children wants to produce its own food in a sustainable way, following the principles of permaculture. BASEhabitat is realizing the design of the centrethat combines food production with vocational training, simple housing and tourism.
The research trip took place at the end of September 2018. Six BASEhabitat students and two trainers went to the north of Thailand to get a first impression of the place. Now they are presenting a master plan and some designs for the first buildings.
