Lecture ”Interface 4 good” & Workshop “Hacking keyboards”
I suggested to conduct the workshop and lecture “Hacking keyboards” Combining art and technology, to showcase the Interface Cultures department’s research at Kunstuniversität Linz. This workshop consists of transforming computer keyboards and mice into different interfaces for artistic expression in form of interactive installations and audio-visuals performances.
Theoretically, this workshop addressed to those who have concerns about Interfaces, new media, interactivity, digital performance. Practical, this Workshop focuses on basic circuit development, welding and the ensemble of interfaces for cultural expression able to interacts with computers and software like musical or graphic open source like Pure Data or Processing.
