Gastvortrag von David Moises bei Interface Cultures.
Nothing is fixed in David Moises' work. He does not need to be taught that motion is the substance of things: socks dance, knots breathe, a video camera becomes a yoyo. A drill doles out painful kisses, the hobby-horse races, a car inflicts its own body damage. Domestic appliances transform themselves, they enter into mysterious affinities or dissolve momentarily into their component parts. Without the artist's having found a soul therein... Alone dysfunctionality justifies the means.
