Programme structure

The Master programme in Visual Communication (Graphic Design and Photography) comprises 4 semesters and has a total extent of 120 ECTS points (credits). In the first three semesters, the curriculum consists of the modules “Atelier” (project module) “Aesthetics & Context”, and “Elective Competencies”, as well as “Free Electives.”

In addition to the mandatory courses “Kolloquium” and “Communication and Presentation,” the fourth semester offers time for the development and completion of the Master thesis.
