space&designstrategies admission tests

The programme adopts a transdisciplinary approach, investigating the role of space as a catalyst for transformation across artistic, social, urban, and relational domains. It emphasizes the spatial dimension as an active agent capable of shaping interactions, fostering participation, and generating new forms of cultural and collective expression. Students are encouraged to critically explore how spatial strategies can engage with contemporary issues and activate dynamic processes in diverse contexts.
In order to apply for the Master’s program, applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree (equivalent to at least six semesters of study) from a recognized university or university of applied sciences or arts.

ADMISSION EXAMINATION for the BACHELOR and MASTER program:

The admission procedure is divided into three parts, all of which must be successfully completed:

  2. Submission of Exercises
Candidates will be invited to complete two spatially-oriented design exercises and submit them to the examination board.

  3. Online Interview

The board will also evaluate the applicant’s prior experiences, personal aptitudes, and motivations—placing particular emphasis on their interest in spatial strategies as tools for contextual engagement and process-oriented thinking.
