Opening hours are adapted to the respective needs:

Mon - Fri, 8.30 a.m. - 1.00 p.m.

If there is sufficient demand, the times will be adjusted during the semester (e.g. journal services from 8.00 - 8.30 or 13.00 - 13.30; 1x afternoon 13.00 - 16.00).

KuKi Start: DI, September 10th, 2024

Office hours: DI, 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and by appointment.

Advising day/ÖH info day: WED, October 2nd, 2024

Open day (taster day): tba

KuKi end of semester: FR, February 7th, 2025

Application deadline for winter semester 2024/25: June 30th 2nd, 2024 !!!
As we have to schedule the WiSe in time, the registration deadline for the KuKi Kiste ends before the end of the admission deadline of the University of Arts.

KuKi Kiste will be closed on these days:

FRI, November 1st   (All Saints' Day + All Souls' Day)

FRI, December 20th to MON, January 6, 2025 (Christmas break)

KuKi semester break: the KuKi Kiste will be closed for 2 weeks during the semester break, from MO, Feb 10th - SO, Feb 23rd, 2025.

KuKi end of semester: tba. (probably FR, July 18th, 2025)

Application deadline for summer semester 2025: January 12th, 2025 !!!

THU, May 29th + FRI, May 30th | Ascension Day + Rector's Day

MON, June 9th  | Whit Monday + (TUE, June 10th lessons-free-day, KuKi open)

THU, June 19th + FRI, June 20th  | Corpus Christi + Twelfth Day

KuKi summer break: KuKi Kiste will be closed for 7 weeks during the summer holidays, from MO, July 21st to incl. Monday (Start on TUE, September 9th 2025).
