Bachelor's Programme

Duration: 6 semesters

To be admitted to a Bachelor's programme, applicants have to pass the entrance exam held by the department. In addition, the study programmes Architecture, Industrial Design and Cultural studies also require a high school/ secondary school/ university entrance certificate (e.g. "Matura").
 

Master’s Programme

Duration: 4 semesters

To be admitted to a Master’s programme, applicants need a compatible Bachelor’s certificate and have to pass the entrance exam held by the department (except for the Master’s programme Media Art and Culture Theory)
 

Bachelor's Programme Teacher Training

Duration: 8 semesters

This study programme requires a high school/ secondary school/ university entrance certificate (e.g. "Matura") and applicants have to pass multiple admission procedures (Module A, B, and, depending on the subjects, also C). Because this study programme meets the requirements of the Austrian school system with the goal of teaching children, it is held in German and applicants have to submit a German language certificate at the time of enrolment (B2, or higher depending on the second subject). Master's Programme Teacher Training

Duration: 4 semesters

This study programme requires a Bachelor's certificate of a compatible teacher training programme offered by the network "Cluster Mitte", or a similar, compatible Bachelor's certificate of a recognised post-secondary institute.

Diploma Programme: Fine Arts

Duration: 8 semesters

To be admitted to our diploma programme Fine Arts applicants have to pass the entrance exam held by the department.
 

PhD Programme
