You can apply for an ISBN (International Standard Book Number) at the Library management.

The informal application must include a title, publisher or author, a description of the content (ideally with sample pages) and the planned publication date of the publication.

The application must be approved by the Vice-Rectorate for Research.

The following information must be included in the publication:.

• Title
• Author (publisher, authors)
• Year of publication
• ISBN (International Standard Book Number)
• Logo of the University of Art and Design Linz

After the publication has appeared, 20 specimen copies must be submitted to the University Library.
