Painting & Graphic Art

The act of painting can be defined in the following man-ner: it is the concentrated application (daubing, thro-wing, wiping, dribbling, brushing or similar) or, more briefly, distribution of a material more or less suited to this purpose along an imaginary grid formed by slight shifts of interests and physical techniques over time and by the identification of energy zones on the carrier chosen for this objective. The immediacy of blue + orange, violet + yellow, red + green is hard to deny. When mixing, we mix until all ima-gination has been revealed, until thougths, wishes and events finally take their place on this background. Que-stions like „What should I paint?“ or „What should I use now?“ are often necessary, and they are misleading. They cannot be answered, for the painter always anticipates himself/herself, and the dispositif is always preserved, irrespective of whether it is apples, nails hammered into a base, hurled matter or the Pope that emerge the end.
