Opening: June 20, 2024, 7 p.m.; exhibition until July 10, 2024 Atelierhaus Salzamt, Obere Donaulände 15, 4020 Linz
An exhibition with students of Visual Communication and Experimental Design on the theme of the Venice Biennale.
Venice is a complex web of past and present, reality and fiction, which forms a profound and multi-layered urban landscape.
The exhibited artistic works by students of the University of Art and Design Linz refer to this field of tension between tradition and modernity, splendor and decay, and reflect the contradictory realities and transitory identities of this unique city.
The exhibition is the result of a cooperation between the Experimental Design (Christian Kosmas Mayer / Experimental Design with Bernadette Laimbauer) and Visual Communication (Anna Artaker / Visual Communication with Lena Heim) departments and was accompanied by an excursion to the 60th Biennale di Venezia.
