Cooking class with our incoming exchange students

Incoming coordinator Maya Raba Maier organized a cooking class for our incoming exchange students for the first time in the seminar kitchen of the Upper Austrian Chamber of Agriculture. The team from the International Office and the head of the German as a foreign language course, Dr. Regina Hofstadler-Lienerbrünn, took part in this intercultural exchange and supervised the various cooking stations.

The incoming students got to know and enjoy traditional dishes such as Schnitzel, Krautfleckerl and Apple strudel.

The atmosphere was warm and relaxed and while the students cut, stirred and cooked together, a lively exchange took place.

It was a successful evening full of culinary and cultural discoveries that everyone will remember fondly.

We would also like to thank Genussland OÖ, an initiative of the province of Upper Austria for regional food culture, which provided us with cooking aprons for this event.
