The Portal Austria www.portal.at is used for employees to download their monthly salary certificate. You can login with your Kunstuni e-mail address and a password, which you separately receive directly from Portal Austria. Login under www.portal.at
Visit www.portal.at and enter your login data as shown in the image below. The "Benutzer-ID" is your e-mail address of Kunstuni (usually firstname.lastname@kunstuni-linz.at). The password is sent to you via e-mail. During the first login you are asked to change your password, please adhere to the password policy presented on the webseite.

Download of salary certificates
After you have logged in, click on "Anwendungen" (below the "BRZ Portal Austria" logo) and open "EIS UniPers".

Now a new window opens where you need to select your employee number ("Personalnummer" in the format 0000xxxx) and then click on "Entgeltnachweis". In the next step first choose the month, for which you want to get your salary certificate and then click "Anzeigen".

Please keep in mind, that the salary certificate is always provided on the fifteenth of each month.
