The Co.Labs at the University of Arts Linz are transdisciplinary experimental spaces for the future. They are open to students, artists and scientists alike – without any set goals. Temporary, flexible units, development environments, artistic, creative and scientific research infrastructures facilitate one thing especially: working without pressure to succeed. Co.Labs are established on a temporary basis, for a maximum of five years. After that period, the agendas and structures of Co.Labs can be integrated into existing institutes, departments and centres permanently.
