Moritz Pisk is a research associate and university assistant at the Department of Cultural Studies. His research and teaching focus on the history and (pop-)cultural significance of rave and techno, as well as the political potentials of the dancefloor. Pisk regularly connects his academic work with exhibition projects and experiments in club culture.

From 2020 to 2024, Moritz Pisk coordinated the editorial team of ZfK – Zeitschrift für Kulturwissenschaften, published by transcript. Additionally, he collaborates with Romana Bund on exhibition-related texts, e.g., contributions for EFES 42.
