Requirements

• regular students who are enrolled at the University of Arts Linz (not course students)
• 2 completed semesters
• the stay is only possible at a host university with which the University of Arts Linz has an inter-institutional agreement
• knowledge of the language of instruction at the host university or good knowledge of English
• Mobility can only be carried out in a country that is not the country of residence during the course of study (submission of a current confirmation of registration from the Central Register of Residents)
• Mobility to the country of origin has the lowest priority
• The mobility grant is only paid for the period of physical presence at the host institution
   

IMPORTANT:

Minimum study performance for the mobility grant: Recognition of 3 ECTS per month abroad. If all or most of the ECTS have been completed according to the curriculum, it is possible to apply for a stay abroad as part of the preparation of academic/artistic theses (Bachelor's, Master's, diploma thesis, dissertation).

Students on leave of absence cannot participate in the exchange programs!

An extension of the stay is only possible from the winter semester to the summer semester and depends on the approval of the host university as well as on the budget. The final confirmation of a study place is made by the partner university!

If the bilateral agreement exists between 2 fields of study, the sending students are nominated for the exchange by their field of study.
