We are using a "ticket system", e-mails to it.helpdesk@kunstuni-linz.at are converted to tickets automatically. If you contact us via e-mail, please add all your relevant contact details.

Internet, WLAN, network

The name (SSID) of our wifi is "KUni Linz". As a guest you can get access via the department, on whose authority you are at our venues. »About WLAN

In many rooms there are network outlets for ethernet, these are only activated upon request, please contact the department, which is responsible for you or the room.

Access authorization/electronic locking system

Most departments have access cards for guests, contact the responsible department if you need one. Additional access authorization is granted by the department "Gebäude & Technik" (facility & utilities management).

Room reservations

In case you want to book rooms, contact the department "event management".

To get additional equipment or rental devices, please contact the department, which is responsible for you or the room.

Online Meetings

The tool "Cisco Webex" is used and supported by the university, as a guest you don't need an account.
