Corporate Social Counseling (Betriebliche SozialBeratung - BSB)
In cooperation with Caritas Upper Austria, the University of Art and Design Linz, as an employer, is offering its employees the option of in-house social counseling from January 2025. This is individual support for professional and private issues from psychosocially trained counselors. This service is free of charge and confidential for all university staff.
The following services are available to you:
- Advice and information on care responsibilities (caring for relatives, children)
- Help with the compatibility of work and family and improving your work-life balance
- Advice on residence permits, state benefits and finding accommodation
- Advice on social and health problems (chronic illness, family violence, addiction problems, etc.)
- Multilingual support, including interpreters via video or telephone
